Actions Implemented:
An initial accessibility audit was carried out in August 2025 by Atalan on the main pages of the website to assess the compliance of all online content and services. Following this audit, several priority corrections were implemented, including:

  • Adjustment of HTML tags and code structure to improve navigation with assistive technologies.
  • Correction of heading structures and HTML markup.
  • Improvement of keyboard navigation and consistency of links and interactive elements.
  • Awareness and training of content integration and development teams to ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • A follow-up audit was conducted on October 30, 2025, to confirm the compliance of updates made to the website.
  • In parallel, an accessibility audit of Astotel establishments was carried out, and a dedicated accessibility information page is available for each audited hotel, detailing the accessible facilities and services offered.

Upcoming Actions:

  • Implementation of a continuous improvement plan integrated into our website update processes.
  • Consideration of accessibility requirements from the design phase of all future functional and visual updates.
  • Ongoing support for establishments to promote and improve their accessible services.

The compliance audit, followed by a re-audit conducted on October 30, 2025, by Atalan, revealed that 81% of RGAA 4.1.2 criteria were met.
