Since 1961, Astotel has been passionately writing a family story dedicated to the art of Parisian hospitality.
Founded by Léon Cachan with the acquisition of the iconic Astra Opéra hotel, the group quickly grew under the leadership of his three sons: Georges, Serge, and Jean-Pierre Cachan.
Today, Astotel boasts 16 stylish 3- and 4-star hotels, located in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Paris.

Léon Cachan acquires the Astra Opéra hotel, located on rue de Caumartin in Paris. This marks the beginning of a wonderful family journey

The Arrival of the Three Cachan Brothers

Georges, Serge, and Jean-Pierre Cachan join the adventure and open the Astoria hotel on rue de Moscou

1980

A New Iconic Hotel

The group continues its expansion with the Bergère hotel, now known as the 34B

90's

Growth and Upmarket Development

Astotel acquires several hotels, including the Bradford Elysées (1992), the 123 Elysées (1994), and the Malte Opéra (1995), laying the foundation for its 4-star offerings

A Well-Structured Network

The group surpasses 10 hotels in Paris, with locations such as the Palm, the Lorette, the George, and the Joyce

Launch of the 123 Sébastopol Concept
